How do you survive 12 hours on a plane flight?

To visit South Korea we have to fly 12 hours over the Pacific Ocean and back. Can anyone tell me what you could possibly do in that time besides sleeping? Also, does anyone ever get paranoid of the possibility of a plane crash over a long distance in the ocean? How do you survive 12 hours on a plane flight?I take dramamine for motion sickness when I fly and it knocks me out for several hours. On these long flights, they show movies, turn the lights out to make it seem dark like nighttime, offer food.

It's important that you don't remain in your seat for too long a period. I get up and walk down the aisle every hour or so to keep circulation going. It also keeps you from feeling couped up for the long flight.

Good luck! How do you survive 12 hours on a plane flight?
buy an ipod and put music/movies on it or invest in a laptop with a lot of battery live the highest i have ever seen for a laptop was 8hrs in a mac and don't forget the DVDs get then read a book etc.

Flighing is the safest way to travel so don't worry about it!!

Have fun!!How do you survive 12 hours on a plane flight?I went to the doctor and got anti anxiety pills so I wouldnt be as scared. This puts you in la la land if you take enough (not too much, dont want to overdose) and makes the plane flight easy. I flew from San Francisco to Tokyo like that. How do you survive 12 hours on a plane flight?
