How to prevent vomiting while flying on a plane?

I haven't vomited yet on a plane but I have been to the point to where I could've if I didn't keep on swallowing... I'm afraid to puke so I'm going to do everything possible to not puke!

Also preventing dizziness and nausea would be nice...How to prevent vomiting while flying on a plane?I flew on a plane for my first time two years ago. We got there a bit late,so we had to sit in the very back row. It SUCKED. And I got sick too. Thank gawd the flight had a stop and only lasted an hour.

Im a bit nervous about this too, im 13 and I have to fly alone this summer. I take Dramamine, its medicine for motion sickness. I also have these two bracelets that prevent motion sickness too. They press down against your pressure points on your arm. You can hardly feel anything on the flight.

Just to be pre cautious of not vomiting or getting sick on a flight, I like to have at least one stop. That way, if you do feel sick you can get up and move around the airport and drink some water.

The part that gets me sick the most is coming down to the runway when the flight is over. The pilot says "Landing in 20 mins" or however minutes. Then, I try to sleep and I keep my eyes shut. It helps. Once I feel the plane hit the runway I open my eyes.

Also, I dont sit by the window unless it is nighttime. Looking out the window makes me want to vomit. How to prevent vomiting while flying on a plane?
Try chewing gum or eating a mint so you make saliva in your mouth. Don't worry about it! The back of the seat in front of you has a pocket and it has a bag just in case you do "upchuck" and your not the only one! Some people buy medicine to help the nausea or you can get a wrist band, but I don't think its necessary. I have been flying for a long time.

If it's a long flight, see about taking an ambien before you leave. Then you'll most likely sleep the whole way. They have medicine that helps with this. It's probably available in a store like CVS, Rite Aid, etc.
