How does my diet for today look?

I like seeing what people think about what I eat. Here we go:

B (7 Am)- Oatmeal with stevia, blueberries and a splash of vanilla coconut milk and a heaping tbspoon of flax xseed. I also had a mug of green tea and a couple sips of coffee soymilk straight from the carton (I'm the only one who drinks it and I just wanted a little and didn't see the point in getting out a new glass.)

L (11 AM) - Salad with baby spinach, pepitas, craisins, chickpeas, shredded carrots, avocado and balsamic vinegar. 1/2 a whole wheat tortilla and a banana.

Snack (2:30 pm) - An iced Honest Tea (white tea with peach) and homemade vegan energy bar made with oatmeal, stevia, peanut butter, mashed banana, craisins and shredded coconut and sunflower seeds.

Snack (4 pm) - Coconut milk yogurt.

Dinner (around 6:30 pm) will be from Panera Bread, I do the 1/2 and 1/2 soup and salad, vegetarian black bean soup and a classic salad. My other options for dinner are McDonalds, Denney's, Taco Bell, D'Angelos, Papa Ginos or Wendy's. I pick Panera, lol.

Notes: I don't usually go to Panera Bread, and I don't usually have 2 snacks after lunch, but I was especially hungry today and I didn't have a snack in the mid-morning like I usually do. I take probiotics and a vegan multi-vitamin from a health food store every day.How does my diet for today look?
Normally I dread 'did I eat well' questions because they're usually asked by borderline anorexic people. Your list, on the other hand is awesome.

The only thing I have to say is: can I get the recipe for your homemade vegan energy bar?How does my diet for today look?
Now you're showing off!

Thats a perfect diet.

So long as there are enough chickpeas in the salad and black beans in the soup - which there might not be. You might want to add another serving of legumes. A snack of home made hoummus with vegetable sticks. or sprouted beans with the dinner salad. How does my diet for today look?
mmmmmmmmm. you're making me hungry. lol
