Am i obese and is pizza bad to order once in a while?

im on a diet

im a guy

i weigh 214 and im 5'11

is that considered obese?



I haven't had pizza from papa gino's in a very long time

i just want one

will that hurt me, it's been five monthsAm i obese and is pizza bad to order once in a while?

It depends on if you are trying to lose weight and keep it off. Your daily nutrition also has alot to do with it. If you drink water instead of pop, and eat under 2000 calories a day, which you should try if you dont, then a slice of pizza from papa gino's shouldnt hurt you. But make sure you dont binge and eat alot. One slice would be just fine. :)Am i obese and is pizza bad to order once in a while?
Don't do it you will die. Just eat a lettuce head and you will be fine
Ummm I would have to guess you are slightly overweight. My boyfriend is 5'11 and weighs 180...so I'm not sure.

Order your pizza and enjoy it. You should have something you love every once in a while. :)
At 5'1" and 214 pounds - your BMI is 29.8. You are at the very top of the overweight category. (Obese category begins at a BMI of 30)



Having a slice or two of pizza "once in a while" is not going to do you much harm. But eating things like pizza is what got you in the overweight category to begin with - so do you really want to eat it?



If you can control what you eat, have a slice for dinner. If you find you can't control what you eat, then you should not tempt yourself and stick to the diet.

I don't think your obese cause my dad is 250 pounds an he's ok.





Heres a few ideas if you feal or look obese :



1. Run about a mile each day of the week.

2.Eat atleast 3 vegtables a day.

3.Drink lots of milk.
you are not obese, you might be considered overweight. a pizza is fine every once in awhile but remember to get lots of veggies cut back on some of the meat and cheese. eat like 2 or 3 slices but start with a good salad with a healthy salad dressing and then eat the pizza you wont eat as much. or make your own i can make a pizza at home just as fast as it takes for delivery and it is A LOT healthier than pizza hut oranotherr maker. and i know the quality of ingredients i use.
just don't overload it with toppings, and try to blot the grease off. You don't need to drink the pools of grease in the pepperoni to still get flavor. And 214 for a guy is hardly obese. Don't be so down on yourself!
214 at 5'11" is considered to be overweight. But you can still eat pizza as a treat (not a habit), if you follow a few guidelines.

Get a small one, skip the meat toppings, get all vegetable toppings, and ask them to use only half the amount of cheese they normally put on a pizza. If they have different crusts, skip any "pan" style crust and opt for the tossed crust, which has much less fat in it. If they offer a wheat crust, get that too.
