Did I have food poisoning?

Ok, so yesterday I had some pizza from papa gino's, some rustic pizza, but anyways..i ate some and i was fine but 4 hours later i started throwing it back up and after that i went to sleep. After i slept for an hour i had a bad headache and nasuea and i felt like throwing up every 20-30 minutes... and soon i had a fever of 102.4, i was wondering if this was because of food poisoning.Did I have food poisoning?

With the high fever, it sounds more like the flu. Usually food poisoning doesn't have a fever but has cramping, diarrhea and nausea or throwing up. Hope you feel better soon.
