i applied to: McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts 2x, Tim Hortons, Walgreens, DeAngelos, and Papa Ginos.
do you think I have a chance at any of these places being 16?
and when should i call them to say i applied to them?

yes, i think you have a chance..but you have to be persistent! wait a week or two after submitting your applications if they havent called you back to set up an interview.. you call them back and ask about the status of your application..
always makesure when you call, to ask for the manager. and always be polite when speaking to them, yes sir/yes mam, no sir..etc... which im sure you already knew that..
the employees most likely wont know if they are hiring or not, but the manager will..so when you go to places asking if they are hiring, always ask to speak to a manager...and then just ask HIM if they are hiring instead of just a regular employee
