Delivery question HELP ME!!!!!?

i was just wondering if someone could help me. i work for papa ginos and i am 25 and i am in college for medical.



but my question is there a better place to be a driver because i am getting paid $8.00 and hour but i am only getting .80 cents per deliverly so i am making about 200.00 in my check. but i have been told that some other companys paids per milage. i average about 150-200 miles per week i mean even at .70 per milage is fine because that would be a lot of money better then per deliverly. i only ask because i worked today and i got 21 deliveries and i only made 50.00 dollars and i only got 11.80 in reinbursment. i am just looking for a better job that is going to pay for milages since i put alot of miles on my car .80 cents to me is like saying you are my bi-ch now do some work.



if anyone can help me with what other pizza companies are paying per hour i need to make at least min because that is 8.00 now.



like maybe dominos,pizza hut or anyone plz help me i want to get out of this because i am putting alot of milages on my car and i want somethings that is going to pay better



and oh is this helps i am in melrose mass so maybe u can help me with some local companies

wow I didn't realize Papa Gino's was so cheap I am going to tip my pizza man better next time. I don't live near you so I cant help much but maybe a chinese restaurant or Domino's might pay better. Good luck!

This may not answer your question but it's just a suggestion. Being that you are 25 and going to college for medical, I would think your time is worth more. Have you explored other options, other lines of work? I don't know, for example private tutoring? Working at the Home Depot? Something that pays more?

I know a person who works delvery for papa johns and they make really good money maybe you should check it out! Good luck!
Wow! All I can tell you is that Domino's would be a major step down!!! I worked at Domino's for over a year and drivers there make $5/hr + $1/delivery for mileage and then tips of course.Delivery question HELP ME!!!!!?
If you are going to school for medical, why not get an internship that pays or a job in the medical field. It would also look better on your resume and would be better experience that is relevant to your future.
