Check with a locksmith that has been in business for awhile. The blanks that are needed to make the keys are rare and hard to find. I had one made with a different blank but the locksmith had to do some grinding to make it work.
You could also get a new or used set from the scrapyard or the auto parts store and change out the ignition assembly. It's really not that hard to do.

Call a locksmith that makes keys. Usually they can get the key design off the vin. This is an old technique so it may be the best chance considering the age of the rig.
You could call the dealer. If they have records back that far they can get you another key.
If you cant get a key made just tell the dealer you need another ignition switch with keys.CAR QUESTION, need help, where can i find the key ignition for suzuki samurai?
