Most States require that you be 16 Years of Age. the reason Why is the Employer has to Legally Have Insurance on you in case you were to get hurt in his/Her Business. If you are in a Business that Serves Beer and Wine, or Alcohol the Law will say that you can Work there, but cant Pour or Serve Alcohol until your 18 or 21.
