I recetly bought a 88 Suzuki Samurai and i noticed it has a bad jerk when you take off or switch gears and give it gas real quick. I had looked at and pretty sure its not the universal joints, what could it be? And it sounds like the transmission or transfer case is making a whining noise. You can let off the gas and it sounds good, when you give it gas it starts making the noise almost sounds like tires roaring, buy im very sure its not the tires. need to get this fixed quick so please need all the information you got. If it sounds like tires roaring. Its probably low oil in one of your differentials,or transfer case. Or they could be getting some wear on either one or more of them. Lets just face facts thats an older vehicle. And may have been ridden hard, and put up wet. One one or more wild weekends.88 Suzuki Samurai Question?
checked the fluid in the transfer case trans and diffs lately???88 Suzuki Samurai Question?
could be the clutch bearings?
ie throwout, or pilot maybe
