1. For used:
www.car-parts.com
Once there you can specify what you want, where it's available, sort by price, and how much the wrecker wants.
Much easier than every other suggestion offered. If a used carburetor is suitable. I would suggest that a used one would do the trick if you are in a jam.
2. Purchase a carb kit and either you or your mechanic rebuild your existing carb. MUCH cheaper than new or used.
Here are a few parts numbers of carb kits for you:
Niehoff CK-1101A
KEM 151101A
Bosch CTK193
Autozone/Borg Warner 10936A
Beck Arnley 162-9608
This is the cheapest option for you. Make sure the kits are for your specific carb.
3. Buy a rebuilt carburetor that you just install on your vehicle.
Here are a few manufacturers that rebuild your carb:
Autoline Products Ltd. Part C2027 or Part C4043
http://www.autoline.ca/
Carquest/Tomko Carburetor Part 10-202
www.carquest.com
4. Send your carb up to Autoline (in Canada) via UPS have them rebuild it and send it back to you. Use this option only if you cannot get a rebuilt carb or carb kit. I know they will do this for you if you contact them. Go to www.autoline.ca to get their contact info.
Whenever you buy anything related to a carburetor make sure that you ALWAYS give the supplier all of the information off your old carb (ie. make, barrels, emission controls etc..) to avoid confusion and to get the right part.
If I were you I would buy the kit and rebuild your existing carb then you know that your carb is going to fit properly and it's far cheaper than any other option.

No really cheap place to buy a new carb. especially for a foreign made vehicle. All i can say is to do searches on the internet that specialize in foreign vehicles. You are bound to find a few sites to help you.
