How can I avoid peeing during a plane trip?

Chicago to Hawaii....I'm always in the window seat boxed in by sleeping parents and sister sits in next row(shes in high school). Go to pee before boarding........in my case I dread peeing on a plane, I hate the turbulance, and the smell of public lavatories in the sky. I never go no matter how much I want to, I just wait till we arrive...lol
