I bought an 86 suzuki samurai with a soa lift. how do i fix the shock mounts to allow full travel?

You want to raise/tuck the mounts as far as you can into the body, this will allow longer shocks with more travel. It can be a simple bolt on, or you may have to have the mounts fabricated to your specific vehicle.

For example, used front shock mounts from ford f250 and f350 will fit on Chevy full size vehicles, (ive done it before, and ive had to fabricate my own too)I bought an 86 suzuki samurai with a soa lift. how do i fix the shock mounts to allow full travel?
Take a look at the aftermarket vendors on the web such as TrailTough or Roadless gear or Calmini. Everyone has a different opinion on how to set up your truck for optimum flex.

Also, you could out other lifted Zuks and see how they did it.

Good luck!
