Suzuki samurai/sj.. ticking over ..wierd problem?

hi...i have a 91 samurai ....an sum times it will tick over quiet fine but if i drive it a little or rev it it will conk out and i no its not dirty petrol any suggestionsSuzuki samurai/sj.. ticking over ..wierd problem?
If I understand your description correctly, I would suggest checking your air filter. A dirty air filter will cause performance problems.Suzuki samurai/sj.. ticking over ..wierd problem?
Had a problem like that in my Suzi Sierra, would run fine cold, but if i drove it or rev it, it'd stall.



Had to get the carbs cleaned, iirc. I think it had issues with the mixture.
