I assume you have a stock carb. If you do, check for a hole in a vacuum line. Also, treat the carb to a good spray of carb cleaner. You may have a gob of dirt in one of the passages.

Suzuki Samurai idle problems?
when the car is started it runs perfectly fine but when i let it idle for a little bit the rpms jump to the max by its self and it takes about 5-10 mins before i can start it with out it reving up
